Is pricing really flat?
Yes. One agency, one bill. We do not charge per claim, per statement, or per message. Your bill does not balloon because you had a busy month.
Is there an option for a single small home?
Yes. A single small home with up to 8 residents gets the whole platform, with a guided setup that has you running in about 30 days. Same features as every other size.
How long is the contract?
Twelve months, billed monthly. If you want a lower monthly price, three- and five-year terms come with a discount. Your price is locked for the term.
Can we get our data out?
Yes. Your records are yours. If you ever leave, we hand you a complete export of your records at no charge. Nobody's data is held hostage.
Do we have to start from scratch?
No. We move your residents, medications and staff in before go-live, rebuild your paper forms so they look like yours, set up your wording and workflows, and train your staff on your own setup.
What does setup include?
Configuring the platform to your agency - your wording, your forms, your workflows - and getting your records in. You are not handed an empty box.
Do we have to switch everything at once?
No. Most programs start with the parts hurting most and expand. The point of one platform is that adding the next piece is a toggle, not another vendor.
Are there per-user or per-bed fees?
No. Your total census sets your price, and after that the price is flat. It does not move when a bed fills, when a resident discharges, when you hire, or when you have a heavy documentation month. It only changes if you grow past the size you are priced for. Every size includes up to 500 active staff logins.
What about per-claim or clearinghouse fees?
None from us. Billing is part of the platform - claims, remittance posting, and authorization alerts included, with no per-claim, per-statement, or per-text charges.
How do our existing records get in?
That is what setup is for: configuring the platform to your agency and getting your records in before go-live. You are not handed an empty box.
Is a BAA included?
Yes. Kordera is HIPAA compliant and a we sign a Business Associate Agreement with you before go-live.
What happens when we add a program or home?
Nothing, in most cases. Four homes under one agency is still one agency and one bill. What matters is your total active census - if opening the new home pushes you past your size, you move up a size. Running in a second state is the usual exception, because separate licensing and separate Medicaid rules generally mean a separate system.
