What we collect, and why
What you send us. When you book a demo or use the contact form, you give us your name, email, and whatever else you choose to include - organization, program type, bed count, a message. We use it to reply and to schedule, and for nothing else. It goes to Kirk’s inbox; it is never sold, rented, or shared with anyone. If you ask for a free cost check, the tools, costs, and any invoices or receipts you upload are emailed to Kirk the same way. Files are not stored on this website, and we use them only to prepare your comparison.
First-party visitor analytics. Like nearly every website, our own server records what happens on it: your IP address and the rough location it maps to (city and state), the site that sent you here, the pages you visited, how long you stayed on each and how far you read, what you clicked, which form fields you used, and the tools and costs you enter in the cost check. Text you type into a form (your name, email, message) reaches us only when you press send. This is collected by our own server - no cookies, nothing stored in your browser, no analytics companies, no data leaving kordera.net - and we use it only to understand which pages are useful and to follow up well when you ask us to. Records are kept for up to twelve months, then deleted.
Your personalization choice. If you tailor the site to your agency type, that choice is saved in your own browser (localStorage), not on our servers. You can change or clear it anytime from the pill at the top of the page.
What we don’t do
No cookies. No advertising or ad networks. No cross-site tracking. No third-party analytics. No selling or sharing of personal information - not for money, not for anything. Every asset on this site, fonts included, is served from kordera.net, so visiting here does not announce you to any other company.
About the Kordera platform and PHI
This website never touches client or patient records. The Kordera platform itself - the software agencies run - operates under HIPAA, with a Business Associate Agreement, audit-logged PHI access, and the rest of the posture described on the compliance page. The two are separate systems.
